TERMS & CONDITIONS

Facility and Equipment Usage/Hire:  

• Users of Advantage Padel facilities must follow all club rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by club staff.   

• Users are responsible for any damage caused to club property or facilities due to negligence or misconduct.  

• Users that hire rackets are responsible for their return in a good condition. Rackets are to be returned in a similar condition and will be thoroughly inspected on return, if there is any sign of mis-use or damage we reserve the right to charge for the damage caused.

Booking and Cancellation:  

• Court reservations can be made in advance as per the conditions of your membership and are subject to availability. Bookings can be made on the Padel Mates app.

• Payment is required at time of booking. Payment can be made in one transaction or split between multiple users. If the payment is split, any unpaid portions remaining 2 hours after the completion of the booking will be charged to the original booker. 

• If you cancel your booking with more than 24 hours notice, the fee you paid will be returned to you using the original payment method. No refunds or credits will be issued for courts cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. 

• We do not guarantee specific courts for any booking. All courts are subject to change, but this will be minimised where possible.

Coaching, Mix Ins and Lessons:  

• Coaching and lessons at Advantage Padel are provided by club-approved coaches only. Users must adhere to club policies and schedule lessons. through the club's designated channels. Private coaching from non-club approved coaches is not permitted.  

• No refund or transfer bookings is permitted in the event of non-attendance by the customer.

• In the case of prolonged illness or injury, there are no credits or refunds for missed sessions. 

• If you cancel your session with more than 24 hours notice, the fee you paid will be returned to you using the original payment method. No refunds or credits will be issued for courts cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Leagues:

• League entry fees are charged once teams have been accepted into a league. 

• League entry fees are non-refundable. In the event of injury or unavailability, we may agree to a change of partner but please notify the team prior to the next scheduled match.

 Safety and Liability:  

• Users are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while using club facilities. Advantage Padel is insured through the LTA, but users are strongly encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage.  

• Parents/carers of children aged 13 and under should remain on the premises. Parents/carers are asked to supervise all children not involved in activities, for their own safety and the comfort of others.  

• Our team deserve to work with customers and players who are a pleasure to interact with. We reserve the right to cancel any booking or lessons with anyone who is disrespectful or rude to our team in any way. This includes via email.

Privacy:  

• Advantage Padel respects your privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By using the club's facilities and services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for club-related purposes only.

Changes and Amendments:  

• Advantage Padel reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review the most current version of the terms and conditions on the club's website or at the club premises.

Termination:  

• Advantage Padel reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to club facilities and services for violations of club rules or behaviour deemed inappropriate by the club management, without refund or compensation.
